Our Story
Family-owned and community-driven since 2002.
In 2002, the Colson family opened a small pizza shop on Hague Road in Noblesville, near Morse Reservoir. The idea was simple: create recipes they loved, use the best ingredients they could find, and treat every customer like a neighbor.
They spent months canvassing neighborhoods and handing out flyers, spreading the word one door at a time. The bet paid off. People tried the pizza, loved the crunchy-on-the-outside, gooey-on-the-inside crust and the freshly rolled breadsticks, and kept coming back.
More than two decades later, Pizza Harbour is still here — still family-owned, still using 100% Grande Cheese, still rolling breadsticks by hand, and still serving the same community that gave us our start. Customers come from Noblesville, Fishers, Westfield, Cicero, and beyond.
"We want our restaurant to be known for a really good-tasting pizza, and for people to walk away with a good feeling every time."
The compass that guides every decision we make.
We do what we say we will do. Our team can count on each other, and our customers can count on us. Every order, every time.
Our customers make our business possible. Every interaction — on the phone, at the door, online — is a chance to serve their needs and create a great experience.
Every phone call, every order, every delivery is an opportunity to do something with excellence. Our customers expect it, and we take pride in delivering it.
Every member of the Pizza Harbour team is committed to living these values. From our kitchen crew to our delivery drivers, we share the same passion for great food and genuine service. We're proud of the team we've built and the culture we maintain.
We use AnchOps to manage our scheduling, labor costs, and tip calculations — so our managers can spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on what matters: making great pizza and taking care of our customers.
